Shipping Location And Time

We have warehouses in the United Kingdom and China. Accessories will be shipped from UK warehouses with priority, and the shipping time is expected to be 3-6 business days. If the UK warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse, which is expected to take 7-12 business days. For pre-sale products, please refer to the logistics information when placing the order.

Shipping & Tariff

The purchase price does not include tariffs and shipping costs. Please note that we WILL NOT be providing a refund if a customer refuses to collect (or returns) their product(s) due to customs fees/duties and/or other related costs. Return & Warranty

You have the option to request a refund within a period of 14 days. However, please note that the refund does not cover the shipping fees and tax/VAT charges. To initiate the refund process, you need to submit a request to the Anycubic Service Team within this 14-day timeframe. All products purchased from the official website of Anycubic are warranted under different terms.
